Having been a professional chef for many years now, working in some of the top class hotels and function rooms, such as The Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane Hotel, and The Great Hall @ St Bart's Hospital. Also, apart from being Head Chef for Epping Golf Club and several Top Restaurants in Essex, I worked for several years in Vichy France as a food consultant to a new food chain.
Have been fortunate to have worked with a diverse number of Chefs from around the world picking up many styles of cooking and different cuisines.
I specialized in desserts and pastry work for some years and get great pleasure in creating a fantastic display of desserts for buffets and functions.
Whilst working on functions in London I had the great pleasure and privilege to be part of a team that cook for Her Majesty the Queen Mother on a visit to Butchers Hall in the heart of London. |
